This week the kids decided to try painting on cookies instead of paper. What could be better than tasty treats and art? Well in our house the answer is pretty much nothing better, except maybe when you get to eat your art while reading a novel with a warm cup of tea at the ready. That is truly living for us!
The process was much more daunting in concept than execution. In fact it was so easy and fun that we are going to do it again very soon. I can even see how you could let the little ones do this with finger painting techniques, or maybe even stamps dipped in dilute food coloring.
