I was texting with a friend this evening and the subject of exercise came up.
My friend has a treadmill so that she can exercise while caring for her three young children. She doesn’t have to worry about getting out to the gym or finding a sitter. Boy is she smart! But how the heck did she think of that?
While I was in the shower where all great inspiration seems to visit me, I realized that one defining trait in each of us is the burning, secret desire for a little bit of time to exercise.
How the heck do we find the time to exercise at all?
Homeschooling moms are with their kids ALL THE TIME. We love them with all our heart and soul, but wow – wouldn’t you love to be able to exercise when you feel like it and not wait for the baby goes down for a nap?

Me, I think I would give up chocolate for a month to get the time to exercise on my own time. And if you know me at all, you know that is a huge sacrifice!
So today I have a question for you:
