Now About L
We are on week twelve of our blogging through the alphabet adventure. This week we gather together to share our blog posts themed on the letter L. Please feel free to jump in and comment, or link up your own post. We are happy to have you!
L IS FOR. . .
- What you feel: LOVE. All the time.
- What you wish for: LEADERSHIP when you don’t know which way to turn. Don’t worry though, you and your husband really are the two people most qualified to homeschool your children. It will be OK.
- What will help you: LESSEN the burdens that pile up when you live that homeschool life. Reach out to friends, talk with your husband, and don’t worry if you are not the Pinterest-perfect momma. What matters is that you love your kids and you homeschool them. That is all.
- What you will use most: LISTEN to your children. In their way, they will let you know what works in your homeschool and what isn’t working. That is the biggest help I had while homeschooling.
- What you pray for: LOVE (1 Cor 13:4, see below)
- Great curriculum to try: Lamplighter Books (This company has such wonderful books that are bound to become part of your treasured collection.)
- A fun homeschool activity: LAUGHTER. Share funny stories, tell jokes, and enjoy this precious time together.
Verse about Love:
Love is patient, love is kind and is not jealous; love does not brag and is not arrogant,
– 1 Cor 13:4
And Now, MY WONDERFUL CO-HOSTS:
- Christine @ LIFE’S SPECIAL NECESSITIES
- Dawn @ SCHOOLIN’ SWAG
- Kristen @ A MOM’S QUEST TO TEACH
- Lori @ AT HOME: WHERE LIFE HAPPENS
I want to make a special mention of Kimberly @ VINTAGE BLUE SUITCASE who passed away recently. We will miss her greatly.

So many important l-letter words – lessen the workload where applicable is so important. I have tried to have a more pleasant holiday season by lesson what things we committed to make it a happier time for us all.
