Russian Honeycakes

Friday is our catchup day for work the kids didn’t manage over the week. It is a way to stretch them without pushing. If all their work is done, we do something fun.
This was the first Friday in a long time that everyone was caught up so while they read fun books and slept in late, I deciphered the art of the Russian Honeycake (recipe to be posted when the baking is done).
