Have you ever had one of those weeks that starts with a Monday and never gets to Tuesday?
I started my week in a fog. Cobwebs in my head that I just couldn’t shake! I think it might be the time of year. We are getting so close to the fall holiday season that I can taste it. I find myself hunting for cooking shows on YouTube. I even cleaned out my oven and reorganized the pantry. I got out the crochet projects and started planning the holiday sewing fun. My brain just won’t focus on the here and now. Every time I let the reigns loose a bit, my mind wandered to homemaking. Are you battling the cobwebs as well? I wonder if it is just me and my life right now, or if everyone is getting ready to hibernate for winter. It was a busy homeschooling week this week in spite of everything. A few more posts than normal on my blog, and did I mention the clean oven? I just hope I can shake the cobwebs before next week starts!Books I am reading these days
I read for fun, but also to try to keep up with what my kids are learning. This last part feels like a race I can never win sometimes, but I suppose trying is what being a homeschool mom is mostly all about.- The Wisdom of Crowds by James Surowiecki

My week was just crazy busy!! But yes, I’ve definitely had weeks that just pass in a fog and leave me wondering whether I’ve forgotten something. Hope your cobwebs are out of the way!
